A couple of years back, Porsche Design launched the P‘3135 Solid fountain pen that is made from a single piece of titanium. The company has now taken the wraps off a gold edition of the P’3135 fountain pen. Called the P’3135 Solid Gold Limited Edition, the fountain pen is created from a single piece of solid 14-carat gold with an 18-carat gold nib. In addition to that, the shaft of the pen – which hides the fountain pen mechanism – is also finished in a 14-carat gold coating.
In case you want one of these bad boys, remember only 11 of these pens will ever be produced, with sales available at select Porsche Design stores starting next month. Priced at around $27,000, the Porsche Design P’3135 Solid Gold Limited Edition costs almost same as a mid-ranged family sedan. If you find it too pricey, you can always go for the titanium version that comes with the same 18-carat gold tip and the prices start at $1,090.
