Apple has a way of sending ripples through the technology world, every time the company unveils a new product. The American giant has managed to do so yet again, with the unveiling of the new iPad Pro. This new work horse from Apple is everything a technology-aficionado would look for in a tablet, with some more goodies sprinkled on it. Bigger than the iPad Air, this one comes with an aluminium casing, thin-enough-to-look-good bezels and curved edges. The display screen boasts a 2,732 x 2,048 resolution, that’s a treat to the eye. With a front and rear camera to keep shutterbugs happy, this iPad also works well with audio playback, thanks to the two speakers on the top and bottom of the device.
Inside, the iPad Pro packs an A9X chip, the 64-bit 3rd generation chip by Apple. Coupled with 2GB of memory and flash storage, Apple claims that the new iPad Pro is 80% quicker than the rest of the portable PCs that have been doing the rounds off-late. The 10 hour battery life makes sure you never miss out on too much, while the 1.57lb weight and 6.1mm thickness makes the iPad Pro completely portable. Powered by iOS 9, the iPad Pro will be priced at $799 for the 32GB model, $949 for the 64GB and $1,079 for the 128GB model. The latter comes with Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity. A magnetic keyboard for $169 and a stylus for $99 have also been unveiled for the iPad Pro.
