It’s raining gold smartphones today, along with 24CT gold iPhone 5S, Gold Genie has also launched an exclusive 24 CT gold HTC One on its website. A few leaked shots that showed up from China a few days back showed the HTC One chassis in gold color, but as it turns out, HTC hasn’t launched an official gold-colored One M7.
Gold Genie is known for customizing popular gadgets and making gold plated Apple products. For the first time, the company is offering a customized HTC product. It is also offering platinum and rose gold edition of the HTC One.
The 32GB version of the special edition HTC One is priced at £1,895 ($3,000), while the platinum version has a price tag of £2,095 ($3,300) and the rose gold edition is priced at £1,995 ($3,200). The special edition HTC One comes with a cherry oak box and documents of authenticity.
