At Manhattan’s Aloft Hotel, emojis are the new trend of room service

We all love room service! Devouring chocolate waffles and cappuccino by your bed is the perfect way to begin the day; and now, room service at Manhattan’s Aloft Hotel serves up a twist. But your eyes will only sparkle if you’re an emoji fanatic. Emojis will now facilitate your brekky order. Text your emojis with your name and room number to a given number and you’ll be soon receiving a riveting surprise. Of course, specific emojis only!

Here’s a list of the packages guests can expect:
-The Sightseer, $30: a $10 Metrocard, city map, and drinks at WXYZ

Currently, you can only expect this service at the Manhattan Financial District location, but we hear the brand plans to expand onto its other hotels as well. So we love this! The service has an incredibly adorable name: Text It, Get It—or TiGi, for short
