Chefs from Mandarin Oriental Hotels in London, Paris, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo and Boston will participate in this partnership allowing passengers to sample culinary delights from several different hotels in different regions. Additionally, the menus will change each month, so frequent fliers can try something new on every flight.
Classic Beef bourguignon using cheek and short ribTravelers heading from Hong Kong to London can enjoy a menu crafted by Chef Uwe Opocensky from the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong featuring dishes like a mushroom and foie gras appetizer, oxtail soup and a main course of lobster and seasonal vegetables. Sweet lovers can tuck into a rum cake served with pineapple.
