Africa’s largest resort ever is all set to open doors by 2020

The tropical land of Africa is better known for its raw, un-commercialized and offbeat tourism, at least up until now. However, this is soon about to change as the intriguing country is all set to develop the largest and probably the most unique resort in its lap. The luxury project will span over an area of 3,756 acres and will include its very own airport for easy commutes!

Judging by the fact that the resort has its own private flying hub, we can make quite well-informed guesses at its largesse. However, that’s not it. The deluxe property will further house five International hotels including the likes of The Ritz-Carlton, Zanzibar- an all-suite and villa resort with over 90 rooms and water-front homes. Moreover, visitors will also be greeted with a golf course, a marine park, a facility for yachts, an underwater nightclub, and restaurant, a marketplace as well as an equestrian center!

However, if a vacay at this mesmerizing property still does you no good, you can buy yourself a home here out of the 3,440 luxury apartments and penthouses that will be built for all Tanzanian as well as non-Tanzanian residents to choose from! It is for the first time in history that the land is open to purchase for non-residents, thus making it an even more lucrative offer! The luxurious African resort is slated for a 2020 opening, but we, quite frankly, can’t seem to control our excitement already!
