Faber Castell may be best known for their art supplies, but the company is also dedicated to creating high end writing instruments that combine elegance and luxury. They have collaborated with another luxurious and elegant company – Bentley– to create an exclusive collection of pens called “Graf von Faber-Castell for Bentley”.
The collection is full of subtle but beautiful details. For example Bentley’s characteristic “diamond pattern” is recreated on the slender metal barrel of the writing instruments in the guilloche style and the colors of the collection have been inspired by exclusive Bentley paints including ‘Sequin Blue’, ‘Tungsten’ and ‘White Satin’. Polished to a high gloss, the front and end pieces of the writing instruments reference the chromeplated elements of a Bentley.
The collection includes fountain pens, rollerball and ballpoint pens all featuring the Bentley “B” on the cap and the typical knurling. The fountain pens are priced at $450 while the ballpoint pens cost $350. The rollerball pens are priced at $395. Each of these variants is available in blue, white and grey. You can also purchase a calfskin case that holds two pens for $250.
