Wooden Pininfarina Cambiano makes headlines at the 2012 Milan Furniture Show

The Pininfarina Cambiano was regarded as the most beautiful concept at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show and taking that compliment ahead. The design house is using it as a base for the 2012 Milan Furniture Show. It is not one of those elegant sofa sets that can add glamour to your home but a wooden sculpture of the Cambiano instead. Sculpted out of Venice briccola wood from Riva 1920 made up of 36-foot beams, “each carries unique markings, both from the lagoon water and the aquatic organisms.”

Apart from this, the brand will also feature the Idea 40 kitchen for Snaidero, the modular Alyon divan for Calligaris, the Prima bathroom line for BluForm, a lamp in recycled cask wood for the Community of San Patrignano at the event.
