For Dubai’s property developers Infinity pools are passé and sky pools are in

It is a well-established fact that Dubai houses the best luxury properties from all over the world. But it seems like buyers in Dubai are not satisfied with the standard provisions when it comes to residencies. Their demands for the “extra-ordinary “are only on the rise and to cater to them fully, developers and real estate firms from across the country are now offering mesmerizing “Sky Pools” to attract them!

The pools that were ordinarily seen only in luxury hotels and boutiques, are now set to be part of high-end projects in Dubai such as the Palm 360 – a twin-tower hotel and housing project and the Royal Atlantis Residences- another awaited real estate offering in the country. Apart from offering large stay units and private beach access, these gigantic properties will present buyers with the best infinity pools known to mankind. These mammoth of water bodies will come suspended off the building structures, thus owning the infamous reference of being called “Sky Pools”.

While the Palm 360 is a new project that is set to sell its 12,000-square-foot penthouses developed by revered brand- Nakheel, The Royal Atlantis Residences is being branded as “Dubai’s first super-prime residential development”, which will consist of 231 residences and 795 lavish guest rooms and suites. All said, it’s a win- win for buyers of both properties as they can enjoy a dip in the oh -so-luxe Sky Pools either ways!
