The kitchen too matches the luxe interiors and boasts updated high-end appliances, along with an adjoining breakfast room that opens to a 1,000-square-foot garden. In addition to this, the second floor also includes an additional kitchen unit alongside a Moroccan-style media lounge and a circular game lounge.

The gorgeous home is currently owned by Swedish hedge-fund manager Thomas Sandell, 61, and his 46-year-old wife Ximena Sandell, who purchased it in 2005 for $30 million. It was refurbished into its current form and is listed on sale with Nikki Field from Sotheby’s International Realty.

Commenting on the property, Nikki said, “It’s like going into the ‘Alice in Wonderland’ of Gianni Versace. It’s going to be purchased by someone who has that same reverence.” Well, we can’t disagree with that either!
