One would think in the perfect multimillion-dollar world of makeup mogul Kylie Jenner, there would be nothing she would want for. Unfortunately for Kylie Jenner, not only did she try to entice buyers with a whopping $10 million discount on her Holmby Hills estate at 145 North Mapleton Drive, but she has now also given up. The mansion, originally listed for $48 million in December 2025, found no takers and, after a ten-month wait and a ten-million-dollar discount, has been taken off the market.

The woman who became a billionaire, once owing to her hot-selling lip kits, had to list not one but two properties for a discount. One of these, her longtime Hidden Hills house, sold for over $15 million, about $5 million below its first asking price. She didn’t have the same luck with her 15,320-square-foot estate, which also features a chef’s kitchen and a resort-style pool, reported CEO World.

The Kardashians, who seem to love building business empires, also seem to love the activity of buying, building, and selling homes. On the one hand, 29-year-old Jenner is unable to sell her mansion boasting a guardhouse, two guest apartments, a separate gym building, a basketball court, an infinity-edge pool, a pool cabana, a commercial-grade outdoor kitchen, an outdoor projection screen, and a professional pickleball court. Inside, the modern fortress includes seven bedrooms, a home theater, a game room, a children’s playroom with an indoor slide, and a primary suite in its own wing with three fireplaces.

On the other hand, she is also finishing an 18,000-square-foot house on Hidden Hills land she bought in 2020 for $15 million, which is expected to become her main residence. Touted to become her dream home, an excited Jenner even gave her fans and followers a look inside the construction of her new mansion in a YouTube vlog. “I really wasn’t going to post about it, but it’s kind of all over the internet anyway,” Jenner said in the video. “So I have to do some approvals and you’re coming along with me. Let’s go.”

For now, the under-construction abode of the mother of two, worth $700 million, features ancient olive trees planted around the entire perimeter of the property alongside lush lavender bushes. Five years into construction, the home is indeed testing her patience. She confessed she can’t wait anymore and wishes to move into the mansion sooner rather than later. “I feel like I’ve been working on this for so long, and I’m just ready for it to be done and to move in,” Kylie went on to share. Looks like she clearly doesn’t have it all as many would assume, with one home to get rid of and one she’s desperately waiting to move into.
