Influencers may often be cringed upon, but it’s all worth it for the money they make. Or at least so is the case with social media queen Charly Jordon. The TikTok star recently purchased a $3 million home in the Studio City hills that comes packed with the best of luxury and grandeur.

Originally built in 1941, the luxe home has recently been refurbished and spans over 2,600 square feet with three bedrooms and three baths. It boasts an open floorplan with wide-plank hardwood floors throughout and is situated in a gated and camera-watched community.

The home features the living room, dining, and kitchen areas in one big space, with the kitchen being a contemporary haven complete with concrete countertops, minimalistic grey décor, and chef-grade stainless appliances.

There’s a multi-level deck with ample space for lounging and entertaining, along with a hot tub on the upper part and a separate section connecting to a faux-grass lawn atop the two-car garage. However, the home comes minus the staple – a pool.

Regardless, the two guest bedrooms on the main level and the primary suite on the penthouse level more than make up for it. The latter comes with a spa-style bathroom, bespoke closet, and a private balcony, while the entire home offers is high-tech smart and equipped with a security system, home automation, and an integrated sound system.
