The 15,000-square-foot property is part of a lavish community comprising interconnected islands featuring an artificial saltwater lake. Sounds expensive, doesn’t it? It indeed is! A source revealed that the businessman is splurging $1 million on annual rent, which takes the rent to nearly $85,000 monthly.

The stunning villas each feature a private pool and garden. The community enjoys amenities like a lavish clubhouse with two restaurants, a gym, a salon, and a barbershop.
