YouTuber Alex Hirschi, aka Supercar Blondie, in her latest video, took a break from her usual automotive-themed content to give an exclusive tour of an insane $40 million mansion in one of the most expensive localities in Dubai – although, there is a surprise automobile connection to the jaw-dropping villa. Located on Dubai’s posh, tree-shaped Palm Jumeirah island, the mansion has thoroughly contemporary architecture and design that beautifully blends in with Dubai city’s modern landscape.

Covered with massive glass windows, the mansion offers uninterrupted views of Dubai’s cityscape, including the iconic Atlantis The Palm hotel. The property is also located right next to the sea like all other villas on Palm Jumeirah island. What makes it even more special is a 30-meter-long infinity pool right next to the sea. But the highlight of this magnificent villa is something that’s truly exceptional and Alex doesn’t waste too much time before introducing it in the video – it’s a giant underwater 14-car garage.

Before making her way to the garage, Alex digs through a bowl full of keys of all the cars parked inside and chooses to pick four out of them. She then climbs down a staircase to finally reveal the stunning garage that’s packed with incredibly rare supercars and hypercars.

The collection of cars parked inside the car includes a Bugatti Super Sport 300+, two LaFerraris, a Ferrari F12, a Mercedes-Benz GT Black Series, a McLaren Senna, and a Ford GT. The YouTuber goes on to state that the collection is worth a whopping $24 million. In fact, the garage itself took around $4 million to construct as the builders had to dig underneath the sea to make it and add a great deal of waterproofing to protect it from seawater.

Another interesting feature of the garage is a glass window on the ceiling that opens directly into the living area of the villa. Alex uses the garage’s elevator this time around to reach the living area and show how the window offers a very satisfying view of the garage from above. As a car guy, I couldn’t stop drooling.

After checking out the garage, Alex continues with her detailed tour and explores other parts of the mansion, including the living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, and several of its entertaining spaces. At one point, she mentions how the $40 million mansion and the incredible views outside would give you the feeling that you’ve “made it.” Don’t forget to check out the video.
