The second son of U.S. President Joe Biden and his first wife, Neilia Hunter Biden, Hunter Biden has changed not only careers but homes too. Hunter Biden, who recently transitioned to a career as an artist, has also moved into $20,000 a month property with his wife Melissa Cohen and their one-year-old son Beau. We will share images of this lavish property without first mentioning that the gorgeous Malibu, California, rental home comes with a built-in art studio. The man starts his day early at 5 am with a cup of coffee and delved right into his new art studio, which occupies a converted three-car garage and features brick flooring and a skylight. Let’s go through the image gallery to see what amused the artist in him:

The 3,000sqft home features an open floor plan with solid oak floors and 180-degree views of the Pacific.

The 0.7-acre lot has a stone patio, a built-in barbecue, and a pool with a Baja shelf and a hot tub.

According to the listing, the home features an indoor-outdoor living room with pocket doors and a vaulted ceiling, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.
