Hunter Biden, who recently transitioned to a career as an artist, has also moved into $20,000 a month property with his wife Melissa Cohen and their one-year-old son Beau. We will share images of this lavish property without first mentioning that the gorgeous Malibu, California, rental home comes with a built-in art studio. The man starts his day early at 5 am with a cup of coffee and delved right into his new art studio, which occupies a converted three-car garage and features brick flooring and a skylight. The 3,000sqft home features an open floor plan with solid oak floors and 180-degree views of the Pacific.

Before Biden moved into this 3,000-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, he resided in a $5.4million mansion he had been renting in Venice Beach.


The 0.7-acre lot has a stone patio, a built-in barbecue, and a pool with a Baja shelf and a hot tub.


According to the listing, the home features an indoor-outdoor living room with pocket doors and a vaulted ceiling, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.
