There is no dearth of luxurious homes in the United States. However, in outdoing most of them, we have a mansion belonging to Hungarian-born billionaire Steven Udvar-Hazy that has recently come up for auction.
Costing a whopping $160 million, the luxe home spans across 10-acres.
It consists of 13 bedrooms, 17 full bathrooms, and eight half bathrooms, along with multiple formal and informal gathering spaces, five offices, a craft room, a video game room, and a gym.
It features a regal décor complete with vault ceilings, marble and stone floors, arched doorways, and multiple fireplaces.
The house also boasts a swimming pool and pool house, a tennis court, a walking trail, a garden with three fountains, and a two-story guesthouse.
The property was designed by architect William Hablinsky in 1998 and has been on the market for more than two years. It will now be auctioned via Concierge Auctions without a minimum price, meaning Udvar-Hazy will have to accept the highest offer. The sale opens on January 26 and will go on for eight days.
The gorgeous home is located inside the ultra-affluent, guard-gated Beverly Park community and is likely to be the most expensive of its kind in the US to come to auction.
Busting with European charm and dipping in luxury, this is probably what residential dreams are made of!
