Jeff Bezos, as a neighbor, has been nothing short of a Midas touch for Tom Brady. The former NFL quarterback, who purchased a mansion for $17 million in Miami’s Billionaire Bunker in 2020, is now selling it for $150 million

What do Tom Brady and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos have in common? The exclusive Billionaire Bunker! But this similarity might soon end, as the legendary NFL quarterback is looking to cash in on the “Bezos effect.” Bezos, the founder of Amazon, has acquired three properties on Indian Creek Island since 2023, spending over $230 million in total. Now, Brady’s Florida mansion has reportedly attracted bids exceeding $150 million.

Despite being a newly completed home on Indian Creek Island, Miami’s most elite VIP enclave, Brady, whose net worth is estimated at over $500 million, seems open to selling. If the seven-time Super Bowl champion manages to secure this astronomical price, he will set a new Miami real estate record, surpassing Ken Griffin’s $107 million Coconut Grove compound.

While the property isn’t officially listed, Bloomberg reports that a select group of potential buyers has toured the 26 Indian Creek Island Road residence. Brady purchased the roughly 2-acre (0.81-hectare) lot in 2020 for $17 million with his ex-wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, and has since transformed it into a stunning estate.

The property features a two-story waterfront home, a separate gym, a cabana, a pickleball court, and a basketball court. Brady also added a boat dock, where he keeps his yacht Viva a Vida, an outdoor infinity pool, and a tree-lined driveway leading to a multi-car garage.

Should Brady accept a tempting offer, he might relocate to his sprawling 14,000-square-foot estate in Brentwood, California, which is currently undergoing renovations, according to the New York Post.
