Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos, worth $203 billion, now has an additional reason to spend more time in Florida’s Indian Creek—a third mansion worth $90 million. The second-richest man in the world has invested in a six-bedroom home in the Miami-area enclave. This third dwelling will serve as his home until work is completed on the other two houses he purchased earlier for nearly $150 million in total (one for $68 million in June and the other for $79 million in October). The centibillionaire has now contributed a quarter of a billion dollars to the ‘Billionaire Bunker’ with the purchase of this third mansion on Indian Creek Island. Photos exclusively acquired by DailyMail.com show that the waterfront property on the strictly gated island boasts a large front lawn and an outdoor pool.

The tech tycoon’s 6-bedroom mansion spans 12,135 square feet and is being developed on the opposite side of the island. This move will make it easy for Bezos and Sanchez to keep track of the developments while enjoying the lavish neighborhood that includes residents like Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump, Tom Brady, and Carl Icahn. With his house ready he can gift this house to his parents who were one of the primary reasons for his move from Seattle to Miami. The Billionaire Bunker is known for its exclusivity, top-notch security, and services.

A private police force patrols the community around the clock by foot, sky, and land. The cluster of multi-million mega-mansions also boasts a country club and a private 18-hole golf course, and the pristine South Beach is also close by. With no more than 40 residents from the fields of entertainment and business, Indian Creek has been branded ‘the world’s most exclusive municipality.’

The Texas ranch serves as a launchpad for Blue Origin’s space flights.

In addition to the waterfront estate in Miami, the centibillionaire also owns a Texas ranch four times the size of Manhattan, a triplex penthouse on Madison Square Park, a $78 million Hawaiian estate in Maui, the Harry Warner Estate in Beverly Hills, and even a 27,000-square-foot property in Washington D.C. that was a former Textile Museum.

An estate fit for a centibillionaire in the Billionaire Bunker —

Gone are the days when kings lived in castles to display their wealth. The uncrowned kings of the modern world do so without titles, while the lavishness of their abodes remains. Case in point: Jeff Bezos’ under-construction mansion, which will be worthy of housing the world’s second-richest man. It is the result of tearing down two massive homes in upscale Indian Creek to construct one palatial house for him and his lady love, Lauren Sanchez. Miami’s Indian Creek Island has its own separate municipality, mayor, and local government, and soon it will boast a home that would make the perfect marital home for the Amazon co-founder and his helicopter-flying fiancee. The first home spans 2.8 acres and was bought for $79 million, adjacent to a second property he acquired for $68 million, spanning a 1.8-acre estate. He will renovate the whole 5-acre area to create a home that will go down in history.
