Billionaire Jeff Bezos is lavishing soon-to-be wife Lauren Sanchez with not diamonds, dresses, or handbags but one excellent property after another. His most recent purchase is a $68 million home on Florida’s exclusive Indian Creek Island. The news comes in after the doting fiance Bezos started getting his humungous $175 million Beverly Hills estate renovated as the perfect marital home for helicopter pilot Sanchez. The Florida home is located in the Billionaire Bunker enclave, an elite neighborhood known for its privacy and pristine beauty.

The Amazon co-founder will find Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner as neighbors in addition to well-known celebrities like Tom Brady, Carl Icahn, and Spanish singer Julio Iglesias. The 9,259-square-foot mansion of the world’s third-richest man is a three-bedroom property spread across 2.8 acres built in 1965. Bezos has been in the news for his luxurious life on the high seas, where he still is island hopping with his lady love and closest friends. However, life on land has also been incredible for the 59-year-old Amazon co-founder, who has amassed multiple homes in recent years.

In addition to the Beverly Hills mansion, the billionaire owns a home in Washington, D.C., a waterfront estate in Hawaii, several properties in Manhattan and Seattle, as well as a 300,000-acre ranch in Texas, per Bloomberg. The Indian Creek estate is one of the most amazing possessions of the centibillionaire, nestled among 40 waterfront properties, with luxe amenities like an 18-hole golf course stretched across 294 acres. Considering that most occupants are billionaires with big boats, as is the case with Bezos, there are Brazilian teak docks capable of accommodating 100-plus-foot luxury vessels.
