Apocalypse Manufacturing has built the world’s first 6×6 Land Rover Defender equipped with gigantic 38-inch tires, height-adjustable suspension setup, and a long list of custom-fabricated parts

Florida-based custom shop Apocalypse Manufacturing has become synonymous with building some of the craziest six-wheeled automotive creations. The newest to join their absolutely bonkers portfolio is a 6×6 version of the Land Rover Defender. Ominously called the World Ender, Apocalypse claims it to be the world’s first six-wheel-drive new-body Defender. “The World Ender is a project a year in the making,” said Joseph Ghattas, Founder and CEO of Apocalypse Manufacturing. “This vehicle represents the culmination of our expertise in creating durable, high-performance, ultra-luxury machines designed to eat the legendary Mercedes G-Wagon 6×6’s lunch. In an unpredictable world, we believe the World Ender will provide both peace of mind and unrivaled capability for those who demand the best.”

Based on the Defender 110, the World Ender has been widened by 2 feet, while a 4-foot-long bed has been added by the custom shop, which is where the spare wheel sits. Apocalypse Manufacturing had to significantly modify the unibody chassis and add custom-fabricated parts.

All the parking sensors also had to be relocated and re-calibrated. Right at the front is an orange brushbar named Cow Killer, which is color-matched to the roll bar attached to the bed. Additionally, the Defender 6×6 is equipped with flared fenders, armored side steps, a roof rack with LED lights, and custom skid plates.

According to Apocalypse Manufacturing, the six-wheeled Defender is equipped with a patented tandem middle axle that delivers power to all six wheels. The behemoth rides on 20-inch military-style rims that are fitted with massive 38” tires.

Furthermore, it also gets a custom suspension setup which allows the ride height to be raised and lowered by 8 inches at the touch of a button. Under the hood is the standard 5.0-liter supercharged V8 capable of churning out 518 horsepower and 461 lb-ft of torque.

The example in the pictures was built for a customer in Jacksonville, Florida. However, Apocalypse will build you one if you’re ready to shell out at least $374,999 for the conversion.
