Wrestling billionaire Shahid Khan is all set to take delivery of his magnificent 400-foot Lurssen superyacht, Kismet, which is undergoing sea trials. One of the largest yachts ever built, the seafaring palace boasts 11 luxurious cabins, a Balinese spa, a gym, a theater, and much more.

A grand vessel is en route, set to make its billionaire owner Shahid Khan proud as the latest luxury addition to his fleet. What was once known as Project Jag is now the 400-foot Lurssen beauty, Kismet (quite predictably). The superyacht has been spotted undergoing further sea trials near Kiel, Germany. Its last sighting during sea trials was in October 2023 on the Kiel Canal.

This spectacular ship is already attracting considerable attention, thanks to its stunning computer-rendered interiors by its new central agency for charter, Cecil Wright. Even before the yacht is delivered to sports billionaire Shad Khan, yacht connoisseurs are lining up to rent this beauty for a cool $3.1 million a week.

The breathtaking 400-footer by Lurssen is yet to be delivered but stands as a glaring testament to the affluent owner’s lifestyle and lavish taste. The Kismet Yacht is designed by the terrific trio of Lurssen, with Reymond Langton Design handling the interior and exteriors by Nuvolari Lenard.

The boat belongs to a billionaire worth $12.2 billion and looks every bit the part, paying a “beautiful, bespoke homage to the owner’s lifestyle.” The vessel, with its magnificent silhouette and jaguar emblem on the bowsprit, is instantly recognizable. Inside, the main saloon resembles the opulent space of a 5-star hotel, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy seating areas, and ample dining space.

The most enchanting space aboard Kismet is undoubtedly the pool deck salon, exuding an otherworldly vibe with a dazzling motley of lights, plants, a massive central light, and every color of the rainbow. Adding oodles of oomph to the pleasure craft are details like elaborate staircases with video walls, fireplaces, and intricate paint and marble work.

There is also a Balinese-inspired spa that has a hammam, sauna, gym, juice bar, theater, gym, and a hair and beauty salon.

Khan, a man with billions in the bank and exceptional taste in boats, previously owned another luxury craft now rechristened Whisper, which was sold to former Google CEO Eric Schmidt. The owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars and AEW (All Elite Wrestling) parted with that Lurssen-built ship at an unheard-of discount of $60 million off its original price of $200 million. Khan’s brand new 400-feet Kismet motoryacht features in the top 30 Lurssen yachts by size.
