It’s every petrolhead’s dream, isn’t it? To be walking through a nondescript parking garage and be met with the wildest version of the Lamborghini Diablo, the GT, of which only 83 were ever made. That’s exactly what happened to a Reddit user who bumped into supercar collector and influencer TheStradman at the hotel he was staying at in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
TheStradman, who has over 2 million followers on Instagram, told the man to go into the parking lot to check out his Koenigsegg. The man obliged, but what he saw was a garage fit for a Saudi Prince.
The hotel’s parking garage was filled to the brim with rare and exotic supercars from the 1990s and early 2000s. Coming in around 25 cars total, the list included Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Bugattis, AMGs, and Porsches. Dumbstruck, the man posted his find to Reddit, where the internet helped him figure out what millions of dollars’ worth of supercars were doing in a hotel in the middle of the Rocky Mountains.
According to users, the date and location coincide with a supercar rally being held by Curated, the internet’s favourite collector car dealership. Simply named ‘The Rocky Mountains’, this invite-only supercar rally saw owners and their guests driving their modern classic supercars across some of the best roads in the world.
Some of the highlight cars include the Lamborghini Diablo GT, valued at over $1 million if you’re lucky to find one up for sale, a Lamborghini Muricelago 40th Anniversary, just 1-of-50 made, belonging to TheStradman, a Ferrari Enzo, a couple of Ferrari F40s worth over $3 million each, a Bugatti Veyron, a Porsche Carrera GT, and a Lexus LFA, to name a few.
We’re sure the hills were alive with the music of V10 and V12 supercars at full chat for the next few days and hope that lucky Reddit user got to experience it too.
