Sweden’s premier hypercar manufacturer has once again gathered its most devoted owners for the exclusive 2025 Koenigsegg Ghost Squadron Tour, designated #GS25. This invitation-only event commenced in Portugal under perfect spring weather, bringing together select enthusiasts for a multi-day hypercar adventure through Europe’s most breathtaking roads. The event, organized directly by Koenigsegg Automotive AB, masterfully combines technical showcases with exhilarating driving experiences, strengthening bonds among participants who share an extraordinary enthusiasm for automotive excellence.
The diverse Portuguese landscape served as an ideal backdrop for this year’s rally. Participants began their journey in Cascais on the first day, following the coastal highway from Guincho toward Cabo da Roca—the westernmost point in continental Europe.
Subsequent days saw the convoy navigate Sintra’s challenging mountain roads, cruise through the picturesque vineyard regions near Óbidos, and speed along the sun-drenched Algarve highways. Each carefully selected route was designed to showcase the remarkable handling capabilities and power of these exceptional vehicles while providing both thrilling driving segments and peaceful scenic stops.
The Ghost Squadron Tour represents more than just driving—it’s a comprehensive luxury experience crafted specifically for the ultra-wealthy Koenigsegg owners. Entry packages came with premium price tags: approximately $12,500 USD for individuals and $15,650 USD for couples, covering admission for guests, one vehicle, and luxury accommodations throughout the journey.
Both package options sold out almost immediately despite the steep cost, highlighting Koenigsegg’s dedication to providing an intimate, all-inclusive experience where every detail from route planning to luxury hospitality is meticulously managed by the company’s team.
On the road, the procession impressed with a diverse collection of Koenigsegg’s most sought-after creations. This year’s gathering included Jesko Absoluts, Regeras, Agera RSs, CC850s, CCXRs, and additional models, representing over $100 million in combined value.
The event transforms into a mobile celebration of automotive excellence as participants exchange performance insights, discuss vehicle setups, and collectively enjoy their extraordinary machines. Technical support teams remain on standby with replacement parts and tuning equipment to ensure optimal performance of each vehicle throughout the entire event.
A particularly memorable highlight captured the essence of the tour: London entrepreneur Ameerh Naran’s Instagram video showing nearly every Koenigsegg model ever made being transported by ferry. In the footage, Naran takes viewers across the deck, showcasing various hypercars including the Jesko Attack, Regera, Jesko Absolut, CCXR, and the limited CC850, before focusing on the flagship One:1. He identifies the One:1 as the most valuable vehicle aboard, worth approximately $7 million—a price reflecting its 1,341 horsepower output and groundbreaking 1:1 power-to-weight ratio.
