A bar with a best view in the city? The London Eye has opened a pub 443 feet above the ground


After months of being closed, Londen Eye has reopened with a bang! And to celebrate the occasion, it has unveiled a pub situated 443 feet above the ground. It provides visitors a chance to bask in the best of views with a glass of wine in hand!


The rotating pub includes dark wood bar tables, some foliage for a beer garden effect, and even a dartboard. It has been conceptualized in association with Beefeater Gin with the brand-new Beefeater peach and raspberry gin and beer and wine on offer.

The experience lasts for one 30-minute rotation and includes two drinks, along with a souvenir enamel Beefeater cup to take away at the end. Commenting on it, London Eye’s general manager, Sunny Jouhal, said: ‘We are excited to welcome everyone aboard one of the highest and most intimate pubs in London to enjoy a drink with us this summer.’

He further added, ‘The Pub Pod serves up a unique experience like no other – moving across the capital’s most iconic views whilst in the comfort of a British pub!’ Launching on Friday, June 4, with the opening hours running from Friday through to Sunday, from 12 pm to 6 pm, the London Eye Pub experience is a winner!
