Every time you look out of the window from an Eastern and Oriental train, the sights soothe your soul. Thanks to the launch of the first permanent Dior Spa on the legendary Eastern and Oriental Express, a similar reaction can now take place when one closes their eyes indoors. After successful stints aboard the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express and the Royal Scotsman, Dior Spa will entice travelers in Southeast Asia with this new chapter in the illustrious journey of the train come February. Dior’s design language is replicated in one of the 16-carriage trains, featuring iconic cane work, handcrafted tropical wood, and furniture flaunting the Toile de Jouy print.
The spa maintains its own character in a space adorned with lavish Art Deco-inspired carriages. The carriage will comprise two dedicated treatment rooms and a spacious reception area. It marries wellness and nature in a novel way with a spa menu curated by Dior’s wellness experts. Signature treatments like the D-Jungle treatment, comprising rhythmic muscle massages, the Constellation massage, designed to alleviate body tension, and the D-Tissue massage for profound muscle relief can be indulged in. Beauty treatments like the luxurious Kobi-Dior Facial Treatment and the Le Soin de Minuit treatment add to your holiday glow by integrating meditative exercises to promote deep sleep and optimal skin regeneration.
Travelers can take home some excellent products from the Dior stable found at the reception space, in addition to a number of fine teas and light bites for a holistic experience. The first Dior Spa in Southeast Asia aboard the new Dior Spa Eastern & Oriental Express will be available from 22 July 2024.
