If last year’s V-Day plans were damp thanks to the widespread pandemic, you have a chance to make this year’s celebration truly unforgettable with the house of Chanel’s latest wrist candy. The collection called Premiere Extrait de Camelia is based on Chanel’s most recognizable symbols brings forth a fun, fine, and fabulous version of limited-edition timepieces from Chanel’s fine jewelry and horology worlds. The Maison draws inspiration from Gabrielle Chanel’s favorite flower and wonderfully incorporates it in an all-new Première Watch and Extrait De Camélia charms ring. The premiere watch makes a comeback from the 80s with its distinguishable octagonal case also seen on the lid of the Chanel N°5 perfume. The result is two slick, and striking versions of the Première Extrait De Camélia, one in a sophisticated black lacquered dial. The other version has a lot more pizzazz with a handsome, glitzy dial design set with 116 brilliant-cut diamonds. Both watches have a camellia-shaped charm attached to the side of the 19.7mm gold case reserved for the crown of a mechanical timepiece. The black dial version’s timepiece comes with a single brilliant-cut diamond charm, and the diamond-studded dial comes with a glorious charm pave set with 26 brilliant-cut diamonds.


These classic dials are held together with durable rubber straps that flaunt a soft, velvet finish. Both watches function with the assistance of a precision quartz movement and are water-resistant up to 30 meters. Only 1000 pieces of Chanel’s limited-edition Première Extrait De Camélia will be crafted. The black lacquer version will be available for $7,100, and the diamond-encrusted version for $14,200.
