This limited edition Hublot x Ferrari timepiece is made from of carbon fiber from race cars


The partnership between Hublot and Ferrari began back in 2012 and has spawned several special timepieces over the last six years to celebrate the alliance between the two great brands. The latest limited edition to come out of the partnership honors the Scuderia Corsa Ferrari GT racing team and celebrates its 100th victory. Called the Hublot Big Bang Ferrari Scuderia Corsa, the new timepiece was unveiled recently at an intimate dinner in Los Angeles in the presence of Hublot CEO Ricardo Guadalupe and Founder of Scuderia Corsa and Mattioli Auto Group Giacomo Mattioli along with VIP clientele. The limited edition is built out of high-tech materials. The 45mm case has been created from Hublot carbon fused with carbon fiber from the Scuderia Corsa team’s Ferrari 488 GT3 race car.

The bezel of the limited edition is made from carbon disc brakes from the team’s GT race car, blended with black ceramic. The watch is powered by a 330-part UNICO self-winding column-wheel chronograph movement which is visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. The movement offers a power reserve of 72 hours. The Hublot Big Bang Ferrari Scuderia Corsa comes paired with red calf with black rubber strap that features black stitching, and is limited to only 25 examples.
