Luxury yacht concept ‘SALT’ is designed to give an unobstructed view of the surroundings

Freelance architect and yacht designer Lujac Desautel, who was nominated for the 2014 young designer of the year award by the boat international media, had set an incredibly high standard by introducing the ‘GLASS’ concept last year. The designer has now unveiled another masterpiece, dubbed the ‘SALT’. The uber-luxury 180’ yacht carries a very bold design that features large steps which cascade down to the water, a glass superstructure that serves as a structural element, and its rear beach club, which puts passengers at water-level and looks as if its built from the ocean.

salt-2The SALT yacht has been designed to provide passengers with a flexible, transparent and honest life aboard. Its framework enables people to transform and engage the watercraft with the sea. It measures 55 meters in length, which is the same height as its main mast, and accommodates three dining rooms, five cabins and multiple crew sleeping areas. The SALT luxury yacht is one of the best concepts we have seen in the recent past and definitely would want to see it being built.
