The 106-story Franck Muller Aeternitas is Dubai’s newest architectural marvel, featuring the colossal Franck Muller clock as its crowning glory. The luxury residential tower will include Sky Mansions and Sky Villas, a Zen garden, a private cinema, a cigar lounge, a library, and much more.

UAE’s premium real estate developer and Franck Muller, the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer, have unveiled the iconic Franck Muller Aeternitas in a grand event. This spectacular architectural marvel first gained attention by becoming the world’s tallest branded residential clocktower. Standing nearly 1,500 feet tall with 106 floors, the project, situated in Dubai Marina, boasts a sales value estimated at over $550 million. Just 22 meters shorter than the world’s tallest residential building, the Central Park Tower in New York, this surreal edifice launched with a collection of 649 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as duplexes called Sky Mansions and Sky Villas, spread over 106 floors.

The pricing for a one-bedroom starts at $0.44 million. “Ever since our launch in Dubai, we have been focused on bringing iconic additions to the Dubai skyline. The Franck Muller Aeternitas is not just a residence by London Gate but our commitment to craftsmanship, architecture, and an exclusive lifestyle. In a strategic partnership with Franck Muller, we promise to revolutionize luxury living and redefine the skyline to introduce a legacy for years to come.

This iconic tower will offer unparalleled views of the Dubai Marina, with each detail reflecting our shared values of precision, innovation, and heritage for our discerning clientele. We are committed to continuing to bring the best-in-class residential projects to Dubai by rolling out exclusive properties worth over AED 8 Billion this year in Dubai,” stated Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate. To become the epitome of luxury living, the Franck Muller Aeternitas boasts amenities including a Zen garden, private cinema, cigar lounge, library, spa, yoga room, and 24/7 concierge services.

“At Franck Muller, time is our canvas, and Franck Muller Aeternitas in collaboration with London Gate is a masterpiece that transcends the ordinary. This iconic clocktower symbolizes the dedication to exceptional craftsmanship and innovation our brand has always been known for. This iconic tower is yet another pursuit for timeless elegance. Franck Muller Aeternitas tower narrates a story of opulence, setting new heights in the realm of luxury living,” said Erol Baliyan, Managing Director of Franck Muller.

“Depending on the apartment you buy – entry-level, mid-level, and then expensive – we’re going to do a three-segment depending on which apartment you’re going to get, and it will be gifted at the handover,” Baliyan told The National. A very important part of the tower is the large clock, measuring 40 meters by 30 meters. The masterpiece will be built in Germany and will be the second biggest clock tower, after the clock tower in Makkah. The dial is fashioned to look the same as the legendary Long Island model.

“The idea is to show the time, and at that magnitude, it’s going to be a working clock. It will be visible from five or six kilometers on any clear day with proper lighting,” he added. “As a brand, with our partner London Gate, we’re going to assure the quality and design in the building because, when you bring a brand, you need to ensure that you maintain the brand quality and image. It’s going to be the first one, and obviously, as a branded residence, we’re going to have the amenities – all that comes with a high-end luxury branded tower.”
