This 15-storey glass building is the world’s largest supercar vending machine

If we can have vending machines that dispense everything from champagne bottles to gold bars, why can’t we have one that dispenses supercars? Imagine a massive structure with shiny cars on display, and on a push of a button you can get any one you like dispensed from its mouth right up to you. Well thing is, you don’t have to image it because there is one in Singapore. Spanning 15 floors and 4 columns, this massive glass structure looks like a life size version of a Hot Wheels gift pack. It is owned by Autobahn Motors which specializes in pre-owned Luxury, Sports, Convertibles Collectables, and Special Interest automobiles.

Nestled along the streets of Jalan Bukit Merah, ‘the largest supercar vending machine’ is actually a showroom with over 80 supercars that line the glass windows of this automobile inventory-cum-showcase. The Autobahn Motors (ABM) building utilizes the latest state-of-the-art automated system (Automotive Inventory Management System / AIMS) to manage inventory and retrieval. The system is the brainchild of Gary and Jack Hong, who own Autobahn Motors, and can be controlled by a tablet. Have a look at the video, it looks surreal.
