Hollywood star Orlando Bloom is making the most of his summer in Sardinia, including enjoying a ride in Lauren Sánchez’s helicopter. After a skydiving adventure last week with Nikko Gonzalez and his helicopter pilot mom at the controls, Bloom chose to dive into the ocean. This time, he brought along his fiancée Katy Perry for some fun during their Italian getaway.
The couple is enjoying time aboard the $500 million megayacht Koru, owned by centibillionaire Jeff Bezos, worth $190 billion, and his fiancée Lauren Sanchez. The duo was spotted disembarking from a tender boat at Nikki Beach while sailing around the Mediterranean aboard the tycoon’s Oceanco beauty.
They then took a helicopter carried by Koru’s support vessel, the $75 million Abeona, to indulge in some adrenaline-pumping activities. The 39-year-old singer shared a gallery of two still images and a video clip of their plunge on Instagram.
The same helicopter Sanchez used for her skydiving stunt was also featured in the clip. The video revealed the massive 416-foot megayacht in the background, awaiting the celebrity couple’s return after their thrilling diving session. Perry captioned the post with lyrics from her new single, “Lifetimes”: “Like the stars are in the sky. You and I will find each other. In every single life.”
Orlando Bloom, a well-known adventure enthusiast, probably convinced Perry to jump back to the mighty Koru after challenging himself with a physical, mental, and spiritual journey of self-discovery.
After undertaking three extreme sports, the Pirates of the Caribbean star wasn’t about to simply hop onto a tender and be escorted back to the giant three-mast vessel. What’s life if not an adventure with your loved one?
