Arm candy of the week: The uber chic Casablanca X Bulgari après tennis top handle bag

A good bag can transform any look. And if you believe likewise, check out our arm candy of the week. Defining unfailing style, we’re talking about the chic après tennis top handle bag that is launched by Casablanca in association with Bulgari.

The classy accessory features tennis groundstroke calf leather that is perforated on the front and is smooth on the sides. Its tennis-inspired design can further be seen in the sporty green calf leather inserts and green Nappa leather lining.

Offering a quirky take on Maison’s snake motif, the bag comes with the quintessential snakehead, complete with dégradé green and bright white enamel scales and green malachite eyes. It further boasts a detachable wooden handle as well as a removable and adjustable leather strap, making it quite versatile for use.
Other elements include two compartments, a front and back patch pocket; a partition zipped pocket, an internal open pocket, three card slots, a hot-stamped Casablanca logo on the inside, and a hot-stamped Bulgari logo on the back.

The bag is part of a wider collaboration that features the classic combination of white and green accentuated with gold hardware and wooden handles. Commenting on it, Charaf Tajer, the designer behind the collection, said:

“The pieces are quite versatile. We imagined women going from the tennis court to her next meeting, and then she can wear the same bag for night. It’s all still super chic and elegant… “The bags are inspired by tennis grates and tennis rackets.”
