Anime meets fine craftsmanship with the Montblanc x Naruto collection

While best known for its writing instruments, Montblanc sometimes traverses other segments such as accessories, leather goods, and smartwatches too. And in presenting one such exciting cross-category collection, the marquee has launched the exclusive Naruto collection.

Designed to celebrate the art of creative storytelling and the cultural influence of Naruto, the famous Japanese manga and anime series and for marking its 20th anniversary, the ensemble includes intricate nuances and sensibilities that are awe-inspiring, to say the least.

The collection was unveiled at Happoen in the heart of Tokyo with guests including Evan Mock, Lucky Blue Smith, Shuzo Ohira, Nic Kaufmann, and Hikari Mori in attendance. The event doubled as a cocktail reception, dinner, and a specially curated Montblanc x Naruto experience at HAKUHO – KAN.

The Naruto team also created a special anime for the launch that premiered after dinner. The event also included music by Mademoiselle Yulia, a DJ, fashion icon, and kimono stylist, as well as Tsugaru Shamisen Sangenshi, who played pop and anime songs to keep the guests entertained.
