Bringing the best fabrics, forms, and functionality is the “queen of prints” with three new styles dubbed the Serpenti Metamorphosis bag, the Serpenti Metamorphosis Handle bag Serpenti Metamorphosis minaudière. The fashion designer has based her iterations on the optimistic message of rebirth, evolution, and change. Each Serpenti Metamorphosis bag is a labor of love taking over 40 hours of work and comes in White Agate, Crystal Rose, and Emerald Green for the smaller size, and Black in the larger size, all in minimal quantities. The Serpenti Metamorphosis Handle bag stays true to its name. The versatile bag can morph into a vibrant cross-body by removing the metal handle and attaching an exquisite golden chain strap. The snakehead closure on the stunning bag is topped by pear-shaped gemstone eyes and comes in Ivory Opal and Crystal Rose to Aegean Topaz and Carmine Jasper, through black.
The Serpenti Metamorphosis minaudière focuses on the iconic Bulgari Serpenti watch, and is the first Bulgari accessory to be translated into a minaudière. The style statement comes in a small size, but it’s the most impactful nonetheless in shimmering hues like scintillating light gold or gold with a long or short double chain strap, to be worn cross-body or on the wrist. All bags of the capsule collection are completed with an internal metal tag featuring the “Mary Katrantzou x Bvlgari” signature and are available for pre-order at the BVLGARI website from 21st March onwards.
