Angels are approaching England (again)! The Victoria’s Secret Angels, that is. And it is much the glorious, cloud-parting earth-glowing vision one might hope for with actual angels, as gloomy clouds of lackluster elasticity are set to part, paving the way for glamorous, awe-evoking underwear (if underwear could evoke awe). Luxury lingerie giant Victoria’s Secret is once again throwing its doors wide open to women in the UK. After the two stand-alone stores launched in London last year, the first being at Westfield Stratford and another, a flagship store on Bond Street, UK, is set to see some more of the lingerie label. And by some more, I mean three new outposts at Manchester’s Trafford Centre opening August 8, a Sheffield store opening on August 13, and a Leeds location launching on August 29.
Trafford Centre store will first stock all of the brand’s extensive ranges and a Bra Salon for bespoke fittings. There will also be a boutique to indulge its younger customers with their ‘PINK’ line, aimed at teens.
