CTX, the Cadillac of lawn tractor heads to Detroit Auto Show


We are still a few months away from summer here in the US, but if you are in the market for a new lawnmower, then head on over to Detroit next month. At their annual North American International Auto Show, Craftsman will display their latest CTX premium tractor series. This new lawnmower is intended for homeowners who own more than two acres or more of property, and anyone with that kind of property knows mowing is not all that fun. The CTX premium lawn tractors boast of 30 horsepower motor which can reach speeds up to eight miles per hour, and future models will be equipped with iPod plug-ins. If you are one of those people who enjoy racing lawn mowers for fun, then as per Kris Malkoski, Vice President of Craftsman, this vehicle is the perfect one for you. The CTX lawn mower will be priced from $3,000 to 6,500 and available at Sears stores in February 2012.
