Italian jeweller Bulgari is all set to open its seventh hotel in 2019 and this time in Russia. The luxurious hotel will be on Moscow’s central Bolshaya Nikitskaya street and the building will be commissioned by Russian real estate investor Alexei Bogachev. According to Bogachev the investment would be around $200 million and the hotel will be operated by Marriott International Inc. The hotel will feature 65 rooms, 14 residential apartments, and a 1,600-square meter spa area.
Bulgari, the flagship jewelry brand of luxury group LVMH has three hotels opened in Milan, London and Bali and four more opening in Shanghai, Beijing and Dubai in 2017. With two Bulgari stores in Russia and a plan to add up to four more stores in Russia over the next ten years, the luxury brand sure does have big plans for Russia.
