St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts have finally launched their latest property in Turkey – the St. Regis Istanbul. Located in the sophisticated Nisantasi neighborhood, the St. Regis is surrounded by designer boutiques and art galleries and will offer a range of luxurious services and experiences to their guests. Designed by award-winning Turkish architect Emre Arolat, the hotel is a modern interpretation of Istanbul’s glamorous Art Deco era. Here guests can choose from among Superior and Deluxe rooms, Grand rooms, St. Regis Suites, Empire Suites as well as the exclusive Bentley suite, Caroline Astor suite, Cosmopolitan Suite and the Presidential suite.
The St. Regis also offers other culinary experiences through the St. Regis Brasserie with its indoor show kitchen and bustling outdoor terrace and the Petit “O” Bar where one can enjoy a Misty Mary cocktail against the backdrop of the beautiful “Bosphorus Breeze” mural by Bedri Baykam.
We’ve already taken you inside the hotel’s ultra luxe Bentley Suite, which exhibits a stunning design aesthetic. But this is not the only artistic aspect of the hotel, The St. Regis Istanbul also showcases works by both internationally-acclaimed and emerging Turkish artists as part of the Demsa Collection of Art. Custom pieces created for the hotel, including the spectacular Lasvit chandelier take center stage in the lobby.
Guests can also take advantage of the Iridium Spa which promises to be a true oasis of luxury with seven treatment rooms and two hammams, an indoor pool and fitness center with the latest Technogym equipment designed by Antonio Citterio. The spa offers bespoke treatments for the guests’ specific needs for a unique experience.
The St. Regis Istanbul enjoyed a spectacular and star studded launch and as Starwood prepares to open three more hotels in Turkey (Four Points by Sheraton hotels in Batisehir and Dudullu districts in Istanbul and Sheraton Istanbul Atasehir on the Asian side of the city) we are excited to see what’s in store in the months to come.
