The hotel has announced a new partnership with the House of Veuve Clicquot, to launch the Veuve Clicquot Sunset Lounge, located 490 meters above sea level on 118/F, the rooftop of the hotel.
Here, guests can kick back and relax while sipping the newly launched Veuve Clicquot Rich – the first champagne created specifically for mixology, together with delectable menu of the Ritz-Carlton’s signature tapas. The lounge is an open-air sanctuary where you can enjoy your cocktail in the comforts of a private cabanas while perfectly taking in the spectacular views of the sunset over Hong Kong. The breathtaking panorama offers sweeping 180 degree views of West Hong Kong including the Stonecutters Bridge and islands further afield.
The Private Cabana Packages are priced at HK$1,650 ($212) and include a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rich with a choice of two ingredients: Cucumber, Grapefruit Peel, Bell Peppers or Tea. Guests can customize their cocktails by selecting an ingredient, adding ice and topping off with Veuve Clicquot Rich. An accompanying Tapas Package is available at HK$488 ($63) and includes a selection of five tapas items.
On the cold tapas menu is Sesame rice toast with smoked aubergine, smoked salmon and crab roulade, dried beef torteline with burrata cheese and truffle, sweet chicken salad with nachos and marinated Peruvian style snapper. Also on the menu is Montaditos toasted Spanish crystal bread, Cones served with tuna tartare and Oscietra caviar, salmon tartare with salmon roe, Alaska king crab with mango coulis and Foie gras with dried figs and Port wine. A variety of Sushi is also available.
