Makeup mogul Kylie Jenner owns several businesses, has two kids, and cares for seven dogs. Talk about a full plate, right? The pet mom actually has 12 furry babies in total. In addition to her seven Italian Greyhounds, there are four chickens and a bunny named Bruce. Sounds like quite a handful. This is why the 26-year-old Kardashians star revealed in a conversation with Jennifer Lawrence for Interview magazine that putting a dog nanny on her payroll was her best hire.
Jenner stated, “Probably my dog nanny, since I have seven dogs,” prompting Lawrence to ask, “Why seven?” Jenner responded, “Because they kept multiplying. One of them had children, and I had to keep the family together.” Those following Kylie from her early days, even before she became a mom, must be aware of her pet Greyhounds Norman and Bambi, who made regular appearances on her Instagram and Snapchat stories. In 2016, the dogs became parents to two puppies. An emotional Jenner skipped attending the American Music Awards to be with her pet family. It speaks volumes about the love Stormi’s mom has for her furry friends. She ensures they receive the best care even in her absence, with a dog nanny always present.
The pets also have an Instagram account that has been dormant for the last few years but takes us back to the era when Kylie was a teenager, Jordan was still her BFF, and their world revolved around the dogs that bear the gracefulness and poise of her supermodel sibling, Kendall Jenner.
Lawrence told the millionaire worth $680 million, “You’re just like your mom. You have litters.” The Oscar winner questioned, “Do you think that you have Greyhound dogs because they remind you of Kendall?” The founder of Kylie Skin and Kylie Baby responded, “Yes, that’s a part of it. I love seeing little Kendalls run around, and I think they’re just funny. They just make me smile. I was never, like, a Shih Tzu, Pomeranian type of girl.”
Over the years, the doting dog mom made headlines for treating her pets like royalty. From only letting them drink purified water, dressing them up in cute sweaters, to dining at top-notch Beverly Hills eateries, she doesn’t bat an eyelid before splurging on them. The entrepreneur even built her four-legged family a house complete with air conditioning, a heating system, a little white fence, and a porch. The dog nanny is the latest addition to her affectionate acts for her pets.
