Aman announces launch of exclusive Aman Residences in Tokyo and debuts the prodigious Janu in Japan too

Come 2023 and the land of the rising sun will offer not just the exclusive Aman Residences, Tokyo, located in the Toranomon-Azabudai development but also debut Janu Tokyo, a luxury hotel within the same area. If you’re not in tune with the happenings in Japan, Toranomon-
Azabudai project is an 8.1-hectare hub, 30-years-in-the-making that is slated to become the city’s newest landmark. This development marks Aman’s collaboration with Japan’s leading developer, Mori Building Co. Ltd. About Aman Residences, Tokyo, it will be located on the 54th to 64th floor of ‘A District Tower.’ This structure is one of the tallest in the area and is Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects’ work, the name behind Malaysia’s iconic Petronas Towers. Inside, the 11 floors are based on as many as 91 exclusive homes, designed by Yabu Pushelberg, and an exclusive residents-only Aman spa spanning 1,400m2 with uninterrupted city views and a serene environment as is expected. Aman’s inaugural city hotel, Janu Tokyo, will consist of 120 guest rooms and suites occupying a prime position within a building identified as the ‘B-2 District Tower’. Needless to say, the luxurious Janu Tokyo will boast a separate 3,500m² Janu Spa featuring extensive wellness facilities. The hotel will also be home to six dining outlets and bars.

Aman resorts has some wonderful upcoming projects in the pipeline such as opening of Aman New York in Spring 2021, and the Aman Residences and Janu Tokyo projects due for completion in 2023. Till these properties open their sprawling gates to a world of travel-hungry guests, we can find the kind of solace experienced in an Aman Spa by bringing home a range of Aman spa candles.
