It’s great to own a property of your own without any hassles of a joint partnership. And abiding by this, or so we assume, is Gisele Bündchen. The celebrity apparently bought a modest $1.3 million cottage in Miami – weeks before she split with ex-beau Tom Brady. Yes, that’s right!
The purchase was made a little over seven months ago
While Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady have only recently finalized their divorce after 13 years of marriage, the former is said to have bought this tiny, dreamy abode approximately seven months ago in February.
The two are also said to have been living separately ever since. Although, talks of their split came to the forefront around two weeks before the formerly retired New England Patriots quarterback decided to make an NFL comeback with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
All about the humble Miami abode
Aptly defined as an “Art Deco-style cottage”, the home features a stucco and terracotta-roof structure that was built way back in 1940 but has since been “immaculately renovated.” It boasts three bedrooms and an equal number of baths- all done up to perfection.
The property spans 1,540 square feet and includes an all-white, light-filled living space with hardwood floors throughout. It also features a massive kitchen with a marble ‘waterfall island’, a quaint garden, and the master retreat with a bath equipped with dual vanities and a glass-encased shower.
Other details about Bündchen’s new home
The previous owners of the house had set it up for a family with two children which makes it perfect for Bündchen who has a 12-year-old son Benjamin and a nine-year-old daughter Vivian. She is further doing up the place to suit her tastes.
In addition to this, the fashion model owns several other properties along with Tom Brady such as a $3.6 million apartment in New York City, a $17 million mansion located on Miami’s Indian Creek Island, a lavish estate in Yellowstone, Montana worth $5.7 million, and a stunning home in Costa Rica.
As for the Miami home, whether it will serve as a temporary home for Bündchen or become her permanent residence is for time to tell!
