The power couple behind the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative have bought 7 Indian Creek Island Road, an under-construction limestone megamansion on Billionaire Bunker, for a whopping $170 million, setting a new all-time record for Miami-Dade County. The deal is among the priciest home sales ever in the U.S., even after they scored a discount on a property originally listed in November 2025 for $200 million.
The under-construction record-setting haven sits on 1.84 acres and is luxury-laden, as per the renderings doing the rounds. There are all the regular amenities one would expect in a nearly 28,000 sq ft mansion, from a swimming pool and several outdoor lounges with sunken firepits to cabanas for revelers under the sun and no less than 200 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage. There is even a 135-foot dock under construction, perhaps for his boats or tenders.
The home is palatial, with a massive patio and a large driveway complete with a circular cushioned bench for comfort while waiting on the chauffeur. Step inside and a grand sweeping staircase and vast living room make you feel like part of a billionaire’s world. It almost dawns on you like a celestial blessing coming through a 38-foot skylight above the central staircase.
The nine-bedroom residence with 11 baths and four powder rooms is fit for the king of the tech world and his family, with every amenity money can buy. And Zuckerberg, who is currently among the five richest people in the world, has plenty, about $224 billion of it. Back to the classically designed home, with heavy Art Deco influences yet a whiff of modernity and an undeniable emphasis on the indoor/outdoor Miami lifestyle, it is designed by Ferris Rafauli (the powerhouse behind Drake’s Toronto estate “The Embassy”). The home, spread across many levels, features a den that doubles as a home office, a media room and a recreation room.
With three children in the home, there will likely be several spaces dedicated to the girls, their playtime and their education, as the Zuckerberg clan is home-schooled. Adults of the home can indulge daily in a top-notch gym, hair salon and massage room, as well as a 1,500-gallon aquarium and a library with a secret passageway.
The aquarium is a beautiful room separator that divides the living and dining areas of the humongous floor with elan. It could also serve as a lovely reminder of their dwelling in Hawaii.

It currently lacks all the eccentricities one has read about in his previous homes, from a massive statue of Priscilla Chan by Daniel Arsham to a village and 11 tree houses connected with rope bridges, and so on. Guess when Zuckerberg is in Miami he will do as Miami does. His neighbors like Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Tom Brady have already set a precedent.
