Bill Gates’ daughter Jennifer has bought Lewis Hamilton’s NYC Penthouse for $51 million. The stunning 6-bedroom triplex is located in a paparazzi-proof building with a communal hammam and a 70 feet long indoor pool.

Princesses live in palaces. In the modern world, they look like centibillionaire Bill Gates’s daughter Jennifer Gates who welcomed her first baby by moving into a $51 million NYC home. The equestrian and her husband, Olympic equestrian Nayel Nassar, moved into the sprawling Tribeca triplex penthouse spanning 8,900-square-foot. They bought the property from Formula 1 race car champ Lewis Hamilton, who lived at the celebrity-approved 443 Greenwich St. for nearly six years before moving to another $40 million penthouse just two minutes up the road.

The three-story grand abode of the young family flaunts five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Of course, it’s a far cry from the $150 million tech-laden mansion Jennifer and her siblings, Phoebe and Rory Gates, grew up in, but it certainly has its own distinct charm. The house was once a bookbinding factory initially built circa 1883.

The young and wealthy parents of Bill and Melinda Gates’s grandchild occupy the topmost floor with an astonishing 3,400 square feet of outdoor space. The breathtaking glass-walled terrace features an outdoor kitchen, dining space, plenty of seating, and a private plunge pool.

The crown jewel of the paparazzi-proof flaunts an open-plan living and dining room. A peek inside proves the home is fit for the Microsoft heiress with a lavish main suite with two walk-in closets, custom shelves, and built-in dressers.

The other three rooms can be used as guest rooms. The kitchen in the home is a thing of beauty with Christopher Peacock cabinets, a Calacatta marble island, and top-notch equipment.

The plush indoor pool.

Amenities of the building include a 70-foot indoor pool, gym, a Turkish bath, and a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof terrace.

The best part for celebrity residents is the underground garage that makes the dwelling paparazzi-proof. 443 Greenwich St. has been home to several celeb residents like Jennifer Lawrence, Meg Ryan, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, Harry Styles, Jake Gyllenhaal, the Weeknd, and more.

Jennifer Gates will inherit only $10 million from her parents-
She may have grown up in a massive $150 million home and will raise her baby in a posh $51 million NYC penthouse, but it is no secret that from the vast pool of fortune, Bill Gates had set a paltry sum of $10 million as an inheritance for each of their three kids. Gates’ son-in-law Nassar, the Olympic athlete and a successful equestrian, is worth $100 million. Jennifer and Nayel together founded the Evergate Stables.
