I speak here of Leo Di Caprio who’s Malibu mansion’s relisting tales are becoming almost as archaic as the language adhered to in the last sentence (read: get sold already!) The property that was purchased in 2002 only to end up as a rental ten years on, then went for sale only to go back to being a rental and is now, finally up for sale (phew!) With any luck, Leo will find a buyer for the beach retreat tagged at an $18.9 million, a maximal $4 mil down from its sale price in November last year.
Not one home but three separate units, the 7 bedrooms, and 6 baths property sits smack on the beach with a sea-facing rooftop terrace, patio, and deck, in the main house. It also comes fitted with a gym, 2 kitchens, (one in the separate guesthouse), hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
