China is the second largest market for Ferrari and we have seen the iconic Italian marquee come up with special editions specifically made for the country to woo the Chinese customers including the limited edition Ferrari 458 Italia. But now China’s uber-exclusive clientele will be able to get their Ferraris personalized according to their own taste as the Italian automaker has now opened Asia’s first Ferrari Tailor-Made Center in Shanghai. To mark the occasion, the prancing horse marquee has introduced two one-off customized V12 flagships which have been put on display at the Ferrari Tailor-Made Center located in a high-end shopping district in Shanghai.
2014 is also being celebrated as the Year of the Horse according to the Chinese calendar which makes the timing of the launch even better. The special editions of F12 Berlinetta and Ferrai FF both are horse-themed which, according to Ferrari, represent ‘elegance and passion in speed’. First up is the F12 Berlinetta Polo Edition which wears a white and blue theme. The exterior of the car is decked out in Bianco Italia Opaco, which is fancy name for a fancy shade of white, and has navy blue offset racing stripes. On the inside, the cabin carries a dark theme as it features dark blue leather upholstering with white stitching, stripes and trim.
As for the Ferrari FF Dressage, this car comes with an all-black exterior, or Piano Nero paintjob, and a unique interior celebrating the Year of the Horse. The interior is finished in gorgeous saddle brown leather with grid pattern and Horse logos sewn into it.
