Complementing the much talked about LaFerrari 2013, Hublot leaves no stone unturned in its collaboration with Ferrari, and launches a perfect match – a Hublot MP-05 LaFerrari! Created in sapphire crystal, the MP-05 sports a naked display through which one can easily see the complex mechanism the watch flaunts. Hublot has been successful at its attempt to make the watch look as complex and match the caliber of its counterpart – the LaFerrari. Given its look, feel, and complexity, the MP-05 looks like it’s worth every penny it would be priced at. And what makes it all the more an object of envy is its 50-day power reserve – a record for a hand-wound Tourbillon!
Like any Hublot masterpiece, the MP-05 is no exception. Instead, the watch has additional features. Drawing resemblance to the car’s outline, the watch features: “an open case back, a black PVD titanium case, anodized black aluminum cylinders with SuperLuminova markings for hours, minutes, seconds, and power reserve indicators, and reinforcing bars on either side of the cylinders that serve as subtle nods to Ferrari’s signature red color.” Packaged in leather and carbon fiber case, there will be only 50 pieces of the MP-05; that is even lesser than the number of LaFerrari cars. Glamourized by the MP-05, grab one before it gets out of stock!
