The 2012 Paris Motor Show features McLaren’s latest supercar, the P1. This car is supposed to be 97% Complete and will go on sale towards the end of 2013. Now, McLaren, or for that matter, any other company, wouldn’t just go around unveiling the details on the engine just yet, but it does follow in the footsteps of the F1 – the ultimate car offering!

With a carbon-fiber monocoque that also incorporates a safety cage within the roof structure, this car is ridiculously light. With an extremely small frontal area, it still manages to deliver 1,300 pounds of downforce at 125 miles per hour. With McLaren’s goal of making the P1 the superlative on both road and track, we can’t wait till they announce any details related to the car.
