Not only a pool and helipad but this eco-friendly yacht comes with its own garden

Yachts are recreational and luxurious at their very core but as the world is heading towards more eco-friendly means for doing just about everything, we can expect the attribute of ‘green sailing’ to be added to the list too. Russian designer Max Zhivov has designed what could easily be the most eco-conscious yacht there is. Called the Sky Ya, this 47-meter vessel is a semi-displacement hybrid yacht. It harnesses a fair amount of solar energy to power it through the waters on fine sunny mornings.

The boat will also have its very own garden onboard. Solar panels will deck the surfaces of the boat so as to absorb and leverage maximum solar energy. With a capacity of 10, Sky Ya will be able to touch a top speed of 18 knots. Designed to reflect its modern influences, this beauty of a yacht will also make room for a helipad at the bow.

On the inside, three guest cabins, a master suite and a main-deck saloon with open dining and a lounge area will make up for the accommodation areas. Imagine sailing the seas amidst luxury, powered by the sun and growing your very own vegetable garden, all at the same time.
