Etihad is the world’s best first class airline

Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Airways has taken the top slot for the best first-class airline in the world. The Skytrax’s annual World Airline Awards in Paris also awarded it the sixth best airline in the world this year and the Best First Class Onboard Catering for its ‘Inspired Service’ culinary program. The airline is well known for its impeccably luxurious and cozy first-class offerings. Its Diamond First Class suites come with Arabic-styled sliding privacy doors, fully flat bed in Poltrona Frau leather, in-seat massager, 23-inch personal TV or video screen, private mini-bar, designer amenity kit, illuminated wardrobe with unique mirror, and in-seat power sockets for laptops, iPods, USB and Ethernet ports and audio jack. If you fancy a bit of vanity, then you will love the First Class cabin’s changing room with a full-length mirror, washbasin, and a leather fold-down seat. As is typical for something this classy, the food is top class too.
